Front and Rear Windshield Washers Not Working

The windshield washer fluid will not come out in neither the front or the rear. I checked the fuses and they are both fine. Any thoughts on what it could be? I watched a video on replacing the pumps and they mention there is a pump for each window so I'm not sure how likely it is for both pumps to go out at the same time. Thank you
