The amazon fire stick is something that plugs into your TV allowing you to watch amazon prime video on it.

Make sure that you are using the power supply provided with your Fire TV Stick device. You can connect the included power adapter into the power port on the back of your Fire TV, then plug the other end into a power outlet.

Before I factory started my firestick it was not finding my Network or any around me. So I factory started it, and now I can't get past the setup because it's still can't find any Networks. Can somebody help me with this????
