Why is my phone stuck on the turning on screen?

My phone froze randomly, so I turned it off and then on again. Then it got stuck on the turning on screen, with the pulsating Samsung logo. I tried to turn it off again and charging it, but nothing happened.

It's been doing that for two and a half hours.

I know it can't be because it's old because I got it like three months ago.
