Charging port repair for ASUS G74SX
We have had this computer laying around for a while due to a broken charging port on the computer side. Can you repair the charging port on this PC?

Hi!
On iFixit noone will repair your laptop for you, we'll just point you in the right direction so you can do this by yourself.
Now on to your laptop: unfortunately the power jack is soldered to the motherboard, so you might have to send this in to some computer repair shop to fix it if you think that you couldn't fix it by yourself.
If you want to try this repair on your own, you can use this video to guide you trough the repair. The replacement part can be bought off of ebay, here's a link.
