So my Ps4pro sounds like a jet, I borrowed my friend's to compare and make sure, my friend's is whisper quiet in comparison. Even in 1080p it still sounds embarrassingly loud.
So fan replacement didn't work either. I live in a place without official sony repair centers, can anybody help?

try changing the thermal paste and tighten the heatsink bracket

The repair guy says the only way is reballing your console? Do you guys know if it's true, cuz to me it sounds like a last resort the fan issue must be solved using less desperate measures!
