Hello, I have a laptop and when a press the button to open the laptop it shows it opens and it doesn’t even show log in page. Just a black screen. I press the power button to turn it off and when I turn it on again it opens. What can be the problem ?

Go into Control Panel / Power Options and tell it to do nothing when you close the lid on the laptop. It sounds like it is going into hibernation when you close the lid and then having difficulty coming out of hibernation when you open the lid.
You could disable hibernation altogether if you want to. But you need to at least stop it from hibernating or sleeping when you close the lid.
