My alcatel wont turn on. I tried charging it but the white light comes on and that's it. I tried hard resting it but that didn't work. I tried taking the battery out and that didn't work. Please help me. It new and I had it for 3 months but I dont have a warranty.

So Bring it back where you purchased it maybe they can help

Go to a nearby Phone Shop and check it up and find the problem. Hope it works!
