A customer of mine changed his screen and then the phone started to boot loop. He stated that he changed the battery to try to solve the boot loop but the phone never came on after with a new battery. Someone stated that the board may be burnt. Is there a way using a multimeter I can test the board to see if current is flowing through it from the battery connector?

disconnect the battery, plug in the charger and test what voltage you get at the battery connector
