Acer Aspire E 11 is an 11.6". System is equipped with a Celeron N2840 with 2GB of RAM. This laptops runs Windows 8.1 with Bing. This laptop uses 32GB of eMMC storage.

Alt F10 i get your pc needs to be repaired. a required device isnt connected or not working. Error Code; Oxc0000225 said i will needrecovery disk or usb if not contact pc maker

Was it working ok and then shuts-down??

Patricia Stisser this "Please insert the external storage media and press ok” sounds like your computer can no longer access the OS. Could be related to a faulty SSD or corrupted OS. Use a rebootable USB drive and set your boot option to USB. See if then boots up.
