Assuming you’re replacing the motherboard with one cannibalised from another camera of the same model it should already have the right firmware. But look on the Nikon website to see if you can find a later version and instructions for loading it, which will probably be either via USB using the utility that came with the camera, or by loading it via an SD card.

A Nikon Adjustment Software is require to re-programming or just the camera firmware found on Nikon website is enough?
