Power button is stuck in.

my ipod was working great until today when i went to put it to sleep and the i noticed that the power button is stuck. its like pushed in just a tad. i bought this ipod 2 months ago in the US right before i moved to south America. i know i still have warranty but that is going to be a hassle to deal with.

any ideas on how to fix this problem? i don't have a heat gun to open it as the tear down says i should have....
