I have a 2008 Dodge charger replace the engine and now it won’t charge put a new alternator and it still won’t charge put a new computer and it still won’t charge do any body know a fix for my problem ?

Have a vehicle electrician (or authorized mechanic) check the electronic charge controller and relative wiring and connections. These should have been checked before you replaced all these parts… Measurements can locate and identify the trouble maker part.
