Why is my phone freezing then turning off or freezes when rebooting?

My LG G4 keeps turning off by itself, or freezes then turns off by itself and now it freezes on the reboot page where it shows the LG logo on it. When I tried to factory reset it manually with the buttons it froze on the confirm page. What do I do to fix it?
