Brought back from U.S to AUS having power supply issues

While talking a trip to California I bought a second hand Nintendo64 while in my hotel room it worked perfectly fine with no issues!

When I took it back with me to my home in Australia I made a mistake of just plugging it in directly without being aware the different regions support different voltages.

I think I may have damaged the power supply, but, I have no way of telling if it’s damaged or not, nor how it should be properly set up without risk.

Yes you likely killed the power supply.

At this point you really can’t use it even if you fixed it as you still need a unit which supports your 230 volt power. Here is one option 100-240V AC Adapter Power Supply Charger For Nintendo 64 N64 UK/US/EU/AU Plug

The Nintendo unit is the same across the world! It's only the AC power adapter thats different.
