No image on HDMI,turns of when trying to restart video settings

Hi.

I just tried to turn my ps3 on after not playing it for ages but HDMI isn’t working, no image on TV, so I held the switch off button and waited for 2 beeps so that I can restart video settings but after 2nd beep it always shuts down immidiatley and the video settings do not restart.

Any help would be appreciated.
