My screen is black and I have a flashing yellow light
it wont turn on or respond with vibrations at all

Is the light a line in the screen? If so, it’s probably water damage.

Try each of these (not all together).
1. Hold volume down and power button for 10 or so seconds.
2. Plug phone into computer via USB.
3. Hold volume up, power, and home to try to boot recovery mode. If so, wipe cache partition.
4. Use Odin to reflash your stock firmware.

Probably screen needs replacing if it happened recently after drop.
