Divoom box is not turning on
Divoom box power not turning on.I press the power button,but anything happens.If I press the volume + button,the battery life's lights turn on,What can I do?

Click the power button and wait for the battery signals to turn on. Then hold the volume up and down button for 10-20 seconds to factory reset it.

i've tried this and there is no battery signal or nothing. and its new out of the box
