Hi I have a Samsung J8 and my problem is that when my phone rings instead of hearing my ringtone I hear my notification sound. I tried almost everything and nothing is working so if u have a suggest can u plz help me

are you able to hear music/ sound when watching videos? if you aren’t able to then there could be a problem with your speaker and that will have to be replaced. if it does work then there could be something going on in your settings if you go to settings then sound you can find the setting there. If that still doesn’t fix the issue I would backup your phone then do a factory reset.
