Why am I only getting a few photos when I have them deloved

Sounds like either the shutter bearings need lubrication or the reflex mirror is not going up correctly.

Try this, with the film removed, set the shutter speed to Bulb open the door and look through the shutter opening is the shutter going across smoothly? Both shutter curtains.

With the lens removed look though the lens mount to watch the mirror go up and down.

The last issue you can encounter is within the lens. Sometimes the diaphragm blades get sticky if you stored your equipment in to hot a place so the lens lubrication shifts to then gumming them up
