not printing, code 0x97
my wf-4630 is not printing - stops when trying to print. I get code 0x97 need to know about a fix, and cost to fix

Sandy Dresser the 0x97 error code is very generic and will only tell you that there is a problem with the internal hardware. This could be anything from a motherboard failure to other interior parts. Try some of these steps first
