IPad Air Charger Not Charging but Charger Port and Battery seem Fine?

Hi, so my iPad air A1474 is not charging but works and screen turns on but whats weird is I looked inside charger port and seems clean and when power off and plug in charger port it powers on but still doesn’t charge battery.

I decided to change charger port with a new one but still got same issue as seen in this video I made: https://www.dropbox.com/s/0o0truk0dh4hvq...

Does anyone know what the issue might be and how to fix it?

You probably have a faulty charging circuit..it doesn’t seem to be a battery issue. It may be the Tristar which is quite a common failure when low quality chargers/cables are used..or a bad Tigris, or anything around the two, there’s no way to tell without accurate testing.

@unicronman You will need schematics, board view file and a multimeter to start with. Probe battery pins, if you have no voltage or random voltage then you should get deeper into charging circuit and try to find out what's out of range..usual troublesooting steps, resistors, shorted caps, etc..
