4 Components next Panasonic chip?

I was replacing the HDMI port on a Slim (I’m a novice doing this in my spare time) so I am expecting the odd hiccup, anyways I removed the port fine, then I realised one of the components next to the chip has gone. I have no doubt knocked this off somewhere along the line, anyone any idea what it is and where i get one? they seem to measure 1ohm across both sets of legs on the other 3 that are there.
