Sounds like there’s a problem either with the connection on the Joy Con rail on your Switch or it could even be with the ribbon cable or connection on the motherboard. If you get a flashlight and shine it down inside the rail on the Switch you can see the connections to see if they are bent up or corroded or anything. Hope this helps

Hello, thank you for the response , but it does not recharge the two joy con.
I already tried with another rail but it did not work .
It may be a chip in the motherboard?
