Hi, I have an Alcatel Ideal Xcite and when I turn the phone on it gives me a white screen but I still get the sounds of everything including incomin notifications. The screen won‘t let me do anything though. I've tried the reset possibility and still nothing how do I fix that?

You may need to replace the LCD.

I can‘t do anything with it and i don‘t have a computer to help. I am using a PS4 as my online usage.
