PS 4 Blu-ray disk stopped working

About 4 weeks ago the Blu-ray disk just stopped work.. I tried safe reboot, update drivers, manual eject disk, different disks, had a look at the drive, could not see anything. Replaced the Blu-ray and still got the same result. Can anyone help with this, thank you.
