Hot and crash after repair
I did replace the housing and the screen. Everything went well, but since the repair, the phone gets warm under the camera and then it crashed and reboots.

You either have something defective in the replacement housing (see this Q&A - Clue as to what went wrong here? iPhone DEAD after chassis replacement) or something was damaged along the way.
For the housing, if it was pre-populated with flexes, I would try the board in the original housing to see if that makes a difference. If you had to transfer the flexes, then inspect them closely for tears. Finally, do a thorough visual inspection of the logic board, preferably with magnification.
Now, the best way to help isolate the issue is to use a bare-bones approach. Connect just the battery and Dock to the logic board. Then connect to your Mac and see if the phone is recognized. If it is and there is no heat, connect the screen and test again. Now, connect the cameras, first the rear and then the front (ALWAYS disconnect the battery before disconnecting/connecting any flexes) and test to see if there is still heat.

@refectio I tried out the old screen, it still crashed. The only thing, that's now connected to the main board is the battery and the old screen. It still crashes. What should I do now?
If both screens cause the crash, you have a damaged logic board.
@refectio what can I do to fix it? Could the Antennae also cause the crash? BC this flex doesn't connect properly to the mainboard
It's highly unlikely that an antenna can cause this type of board failure.
@refectio nur weird ist, it doesn't crash, if the phone is in standby
