I can’t save anything to an external ssd from my laptop. it never gives me the option to save to it or to open the device location to move files over. not sure what to do.

It seems like your enclosure have a lock button hidden somewhere like in the sd card, search for it :)

@vertinhol it recognizes it when i pull up devices but i cznt interact with it, only can see it properties
