Epson PowerLite 73c will not turn on and faintly beeps

Device: Epson PowerLite 73c

The projector refuses to power on, and only beeps very faintly at a constant pace. The status lights near the buttons on the control board do not illuminate and pushing any of the buttons yields nothing. I was made aware by the owner that the projector stopped working a few days after a power surge occurred.

What could be the issue here? Main board issue? PSU? Bulb?
