Great day,
Power cycle may help:
1. Disengage the power link from the divider outlet
2. Hang tight for 30 seconds
3. Associate the power link to the divider outlet
4. Turn on the printer

Did what was suggested. Printer is still shutting down. My guess maybe to get a replacement for the printer
I rechecked ink cartridges. Apparently hp does not accept different company ink cartridges. Red = onn Black = hp. Fortunately, I had another onn in Black.
My solution is to check cartrides and be sure that both are from the same manufacturing companies.
