Changed screen on Oneplus 5t, vibration and sound, screen not working

Hi all. I replaced my screen on a oneplus 5t. I've followed all the steps correctly and the phone is put back together correctly but the screen isnt working. Its completely black, no vision at all, I can get sound, I can get vibration but the screen itself isnt working at all. Can anyone offer some advice?
