Replaced display and now phone is stuck In Roaming

I recently had to take apart my original pixel XL (Display cable came loose and only needed reconnected). Before I used the adhesive to put it back together I made sure to boot it up and the display worked. I only noticed the next day that the phone will only use the Roaming network.

I can only assume it has something do to my display removal/installation. Is there something I could have broke of disconnected? Everything else on the phone works fine.

Phone is on Verizon if that matters.
