If the system is not powering up your only hope is to remove the optical drive and then take it apart enough to get the disk out.
Her’e the guide you’ll need to follow MacBook Pro 17" Models A1151 A1212 A1229 and A1261 Optical Drive Replacement and then once out you can take the cover off and then carefully back-wind the feed roller so the disk can be removed.
