Steering wheel radio controls and radio controls

My steering wheel radio controls don't work and the channel switch buttons on the radio itself don't work. cant change channels from radio or steering wheel. cant adjust the volume from the steering wheel either.

Sounds as though there is a problem with the radio itself.

How old is the vehicle and have you had it since new?

There is a 7 year manufacturer's warranty on Kia vehicles so if you had yours from new and it is not that old get it fixed under warranty.
