My battery on my laptop says its always charging but then you click the icon and it says ‘Battery not charging,’ then it takes me a good 10 minutes to make it start charging. Is it my power supply or my laptop?
I am using the original Apple chargers and have disconnected everything. :/

Are you using the original Apple charger and USB-C cable? Start with them and make sure you’ve disconnected everything else. Did that work?

Are you using the original USB-C cable it came with? Thats also important!
Yes I am using that cable.
You could try resetting SMC to see if that helps.
Did you get an AppleCare+ service contract? If you did you might as well visit an Apple Store and see if the battery just needs replacing.
What is SMC? Sorry totally unaware.
