iPhone 7 Sim tray
Are there any other Sim trays compatible with the iPhone 7? I searched the answers forum and didn't find any info on it. Thanks in advance

I know I'm answering my own question but I had the guy return to try Sim trays that I had on hand. Here's my verdict after trying what I had. The iPhone 7 plus Sim tray definitely works in an iPhone 7. It doesn't quite sit flush with the outside but it is barely noticeable and will make do until you get the right part if you don't have it yet.

Are iphone 7 parts compatible. Like one doesn't turn on, and I hav one wth a broken screen

I’ve never tried this experimentally but none of the major wholesalers show any compatibility between the iPhone 7 Sim card tray with any other device. Apple has a tendency to make things unique from one model to another, even those as similar as the 6/6S/7/8 series. I’ve never really understood this from a BOM/manufacturing point of view but they aren’t targeting the low cost segment so I guess they can get away with this and still maintain high marins.

Thanks for the answer. That's pretty much the same info I came up with and was wondering if anyone knew off hand. I did find a few that actually worked in different iphones but unfortunately I don't recall exactly which ones. I'll have the person bring their phone to try what I have and if any that I have do work I will comment again. I never understood why they don't make simple things like this interchangeable either.
