WDT970SAHZ0 Whirpool diswasher will fill and drain but it won't start

According to this link a F4-E3 error code is a communication error between the electronic control board and the circulation pump motor, which makes more sense in that you say it fills and drains but won’t start.

Check behind the dishwasher’s kick panel (toe panel?) to see if there is a “tech sheet” there. If so, it shows how to run the diagnostics for the dishwasher which should allow you to manually step through each cycle to test what works and what doesn’t.

Also check if the circulation pump - part #9 is OK and if you are getting voltage at the pump terminals.

Be safety aware if you try this as the voltage is at mains supply value
