PS3 CECHP01 HDMI / AV Outputs Not Working

I have a PS3 Fat model that probably got zapped out. What happened was I had a USB Extender plugged into my Mac Pro. I had my sweater and I threw it, turns out it had some static electricity that zapped out ALL my Mac Pro USB Ports. What happened was once my sweater made contact with my extender my screen flickered, went black, heard some static through my speakers, and went back to normal. I turned off my Mac Pro and went for a 5 minute walk. Came back and my USB ports were still dead. I couldn’t control my computer since all my ports fried out. Since I was using my computer to watch Hulu and couldn’t use it, I decided to try my PS3. I went to turn on my PS3 and it just showed a black screen. The controller connected, WiFi light and hard drive light came on, it was like there was no hdmi connected.

I got my Mac Pro fixed however I’m still dealing with the PS3. I tried the AV cables, tried to put it in safe mode (which was hard to do for some unknown reason) and no video. I even tried to reset it through the settings. I had another PS3 and I counted how many times a button needed to be pressed to navigate the menu and tried to configure the settings. I got no video still HOWEVER I set the audio output to Optical and sound came out but still no video. I’m not sure if it happened when my Mac Pro got zapped out or if it happened earlier. The console was plugged in but not powered on. It was also plugged into an HDMI splitter which my Mac Pro was and was outputted to my TV

I do know how to remove chips off a board with my hot air station and can do some board level repairs so if it’s a fuse, resistor, video IC (hopefully not the gpu) or whatever, let me know
