PS3 with green light but no video and reset does not work

Hello, I purchased a used PS3 recently and when it is powered on it has the green light but no video is displayed when hooked up via the HDMI. I have tried the video reset by holding down the power button but the unit does not produce a second beep. Also, I do not have the AV cables to hook up via the component/composite connections. I opened the console cleaned out any dust, applied heat to the CPU and GPU chips and added Arctic Silver but still nothing happens. I also tried starting the console with the hard drive removed but still only get the green light with no video.

Does any one have any more suggestions on how to repair this console? Thanks!!!
