Have a 2001 gmc sierra and had same problem!! Ran fine until I got on gas OR hit a bump. Lost all acceleration and would pop, spit, and fart. ( trk wasn’t happy ) I pulled out map sensor thinking possible dirt, nope , one of the sensors ( electrodes? ) broken loose and bounced all around screen. Shorting it out and sending false info. Replaced $ 58.00 and runs GREAT again…. Good luck friend

Sounds sounds like you might have a few issues. You need to check for any trouble codes. Check the fuel filter and fuel pressure. Make sure the tps sensor is working properly.

Update (06/05/2020)

It's impossible to diagnose this with a video and a description of the symptoms. I need to know more information like the trouble codes that I recommended you pull. The o2 sensor will probably not cause this. And the problem with someone trying to diagnose a problem with out experience in automotive repair is that you don't know how the systems work together. Just because you have a trouble code for a o2 sensor doesn't mean that it has a bad o3 sensor. It most likely means the you have a plugged fuel filter or a bad fuel pump. Can you give me the trouble codes, the fuel pressure at idle and check if the fuel filter is plugged. To check the fuel filter you need to take it off and blow through it and see if there is a restriction. It should be like blowing through a straw. If it's harder than that it needs a new filter. Also it goes in one direction. If you can give the information I can help you find the problem.

Could it be caused by o2 sensors?

Based on my research it may be a TAC pigtail harness that needs to be soldered in. I'm not sure who carries the part though.
