Top ice maker is fine. It’s producing the right amount of ice. The bottom ice maker is not working. Water filter is new. Water valve is turned on. We even replaced the ice maker and still no luck. I know you can run in diagnostics mode to check on the top ice maker, but I can’t seem to find a way to run diagnostics on the bottom ice maker. Any help would be appreciated!

Not sure if your Whirlpool will be the same, but our Frigidaire has the mechanical bar that you lift to turn off the ice maker, but also in the settings menu (if I remember correctly).
