MacBook Pro black screen, fan stuck at 2000rpm

Hi! I have MPB 2012 non-retina(core i5) and it random turns off after light heating. Usually appears black screen, fan continue spin and for reboot i need long press on power button, but also it can just reboot, and, sometimes, show crossed out sign.

Before black screen SmcFanControl report about 0 degrees temperature and 0 rpm fan, so sensors stop working due to any reason.

I’ve done SMC reset, NVRAM reset few times and still same problem.

Reason in SMC-chip or it can be in other parts? Thank you for answer and sorry for my english:)
