coffee beans won't grind
grinder makes grinding noise but does not grab the beans (fill beans demand) I already emptied all the beans out and let it ‘dry’ according to helpline but it still does not work

Do you see the impeller spinning? Using a plastic straw wedging it into the blade does the blade have force?
My coffee grinder (different) had a sheer pin which snapped so the impeller was not secured to the motors axle so the motor ran just no grinding!
Use care! As you don’t want to use much force holding the impeller and you don’t want to put your fingers at risk either!
