Robert use the teardown from here as a guide to get to what you need to accomplish. good Luck. BTW, isn't it covered under any kind of warranty, since it is still a relatively new phone. If so, I'd go with that first.

The teardown needs more detail, especially on separating the digitizer from the lcd
