I’m not sure what the problem is and or how to fix it
The little soft part at the end near the jack tore in half and the right ear stopped working as well as the mic anybody that can help?

You have to replace it, there is no other option.

Do I have to replace the whole headset ?
I'm sorry, but unfortunately only the replacement, the repair you can cost much more
