I have a red dot of death, nothing has worked so far

I have a red dot of death, and when I push the reset and the eject button, I flashes 4 green lights and plays a beeping noise 4 times, but keeps flashing. I have a RDOD (I think), and when I power it on the fan comes on for about half a second (as well as a green light on the front of the console) then powers off and shows the red light. I’ve tried a couple things that a lot of people say work, and nothings worked. If you guys could help me out that would be very appreciated!
