I have a ue megaboom and it has just stopped working. When I plug it in to charge, there is no noise and the little light next to the charging port flashes white twice and then nothing. None of the other buttons seem to work and I can’t get the boom to make any noise. I have tried reseting but the after the two flashing lights its lifeless.

Looks like the connector is broken so its not making good contact. I would try a different cable to see if that helps. Otherwise you’ll need to replace the Boom’s socket.
I would also check the battery once you open it up as well.

I have two of them with the same issue and have tried various cables. I'll make a video or something if it works replacing the first one. Cheers!
