Why Fitbit charge 3 is not getting switched on?

My Fitbit charge3 is not getting switching on?

i used below steps to switched on:

1. Power cable connected.
2. I pressed the button and holding on it for 10 sec, but its not switched on. Its getting continuous vibration.
