Replacement battery from iFixit doesn’t seem to fix problem

My replacement battery arrived today and I installed it. It seemed that it was going to work for a few moments, but I’m running in to the same problem where it does not charge. No lights indicators, but I do get the charge tone when I plug the cord directly in to the SounLink mini. Any tips would be greatly appreciated
