My xbox one S wont update correctly

Every time I turn on my xbox it turns on then it asks me to put personal information then by the 3rd question witch is asking for a internet connection and then I put the information then the xbox loads then nothing ever happens I wait for like 3 hours it flashes the home screen but yet is still stuck on the loading screen and sometimes the loading circle freezes please someone help.
