Tv picture went off screen is black sound ok power on button blinks when this happens sound goes too but comes back again however still black screen

Hi,
Your issue is most likely the backlight on your TV. In a dark room try to shine a torch at the TV screen to see if you have picture displaying on your screen. If there is, you can be certain that the problem is with your LED strips in the TV, which are not illuminated due to some fault.
To change them you will need to disassemble your TV and order new strips according to your chassis number.
